Greetings to all the respected union residents. The next thing is to receive the birth certificate within 45 days of the birth of the child.
To receive your child's birth certificate, bring the hospital discharge letter. Photocopies of the digital birth certificates of both father and mother
If there is no hospital clearance, obtain the child's birth certificate after consulting with the responsible administrative officer of the Union Parishad and the village police.
It is mentioned that a child's birth certificate is not possible without the digital birth certificate of the father and mother.
